Frank is a clinician first. He spent the first decade of his career becoming one of the most credentialed DPTs in the country having earned both his OCS and SCS as well as several other credentials including the CSCS and Pn1.
This clinical expertise paired with a bachelors degree in psychology and an obsession with Silicon Valley tech start ups led Frank to develop a unique approach to both clinical care and business.
Frank partnered with Dr. Cedric Haddad in 2015 to launch a cutting edge, direct to consumer PT clinic. They earned 1.1 million in their first year in business, grew to 5 locations, and sold the practice for 7 figures in 2019.
Next, Frank and Cedric launched 2 digital-centric businesses:
CounterStrike: A hybrid platform for Combat Athletes (combining in-person and digital elements). And The HoneyBadger Project, a business incubator to help clinicians reimagine and repackage their skill sets.
Frank and Cedric have invested over 200k into business mentorship with some of the most well-respected business educators in the world.
Their mission is to disrupt healthcare by inspiring thousands of clinicians to launch niche-based, direct-to-consumer businesses outside the traditional medical system that are both more affordable for the consumer and more profitable for the provider.
